Can Carter Ultra Blue 10" tires be used on the ShopSmith band saw?

I put new SS tires on a used SS band saw and had the top one come off. I apparently did not get enough glue on the tire. The five minuet set time had me rushing. So I would just as soon go with the non glue type if possible.

Hi Dave.

I ordered a set of Urethane BS tires which I haven't had time to fit yet. I don't remember seeing anything about using glue. I was under the impression that they do just stretch on.
The only glue I know of is the stuff used to hold the old tires on, and that can be a bit awkward to get off.
