Severe Vibration

I have a 1986 Mark V Shop Smith which has never given me a moments worry. However, last week, it started making a loud, vibratory noise. I have doen all I can (belt tension, etc.) and it is still there. Do any of you have any idea of where I can send it for repair, or locate someone in my area (Houston, TX) who can repair it?:(

We just overhauled a headstock from a local school that had the same problem -- bearings were bad, sheaves were sticking. It had seen way too much sawdust and way too little lubrication.
