Hey all,
I bought a few used accessories, but the seller didn't have the instructions for them. I wrongly assumed that I could simply download them from Shopsmith's site.
Does anyone know where I can download them from? Or, if you're bored, have a scanner, and are in a giving mood, would you scan & email them? :)
Thanks!

SS will send you xerox copies if you call and ask them nicely.
You could also use the manual for the 10er jointer.. it's more-or-less the same thing. Somebody posted a link to the belt sander manual once on one of the other SS groups.. you should be able to find it pretty quick. Can't help you on the planer.
Do you have a copy of PTWFE? Just about everything you need to know is in there.

Thanks for the reply, nimrod :)
I'll definitely give them a call. I have the book, but it doesn't go into set up or maintainance.

I bought the bandsaw, jointer, planer and belt sander used without manuals. I bought most of them right from SS for a few bucks each. Check the website, they used to be in there.
Guys, I'll check with Customer Service tomorrow and try to get a list of the part numbers for all the manuals. Then you can order whatever you need. Just to set the record straight about R.J. DeChristofor's "Power Tool Woodworking For Everyone," it's a fine book, a must-have for Shopsmith owners, but it has almost no information on alignment, adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. That stuff you only get in our owner's manuals.
With all good wishes,

Ok, I was a little confused on my belt sander manual post earlier.
It wasn't the entire thing, just the alignment section, and it was posted here by Nick.
Here's the link (http://www.shopsmithacademy.com/Academy_Notes_files%20--%20SSNWA/Belt_Sander_Alignment.pdf).
