SS building sold.

I believe it is only the front part of the building that was for sale; the part where the garage sale was held last month. Shopsmith continues to occupy the rear portion of the building. It is a huge space, one which could be subdivided easily for either offices and/or manufacturing.

When I talked to customer service 3 weeks ago, I asked about the building and was told it was sold a year ago and they were leasing the needed space.This greatly reduces their fixed costs.
