Hi:

I can't seem to locate any instructions on aligning the pro fence. Does anyone know if there are downloadable instructions any where on the internet? (Or can anyone scan them in pdf format for email or posting?)

Thanks !
Ken

You should be able to download the instructions off of the owner's website.

I'm not sure there is one. I don't recall having received one when I did the upgrade.

To perform an alignment on my fence, I have cut down a piece of hardwood (1x2x20) that fits very firmly in the miter track. Then I loosen the four screws on the top of the rip fence leaving one a bit more snug than the others. Then slide the rip fence up against the 1x2 and clamp it there with clamps at both the infeed and outfeed locations. Once the four screws are tightened back down everything should be a "go".

This assumes that the miter track (main table) has already been aligned to the blade and that the front rail of the main table is properly located and is straight.

If this doesn't work for you or you have other problems, please repost your concerns.
