ER tailstock bushing

I have an ER and the tailstock bushing that takes a #2 morse taper center is smaller in diameter than the opening in the tailstock. It must be centered manually in order to get acceptable turnings and can move even when torqued down as hard as I possibly can. Is there a bushing that fits correctly in the tailstock?
