That is funny, Ed! Owners sure tried to do everything with a ShopSmith! I do knot think my wife wood bring her mixing bowl to the shop, nor do I think she wood allow the ShopSmith in the kitchen. :( :D

I bet it would make one heck of a replacement for the big Kitchenaid mixer that you can do up to "6 cups" of flour in (for bread et-al).. :D

This is a great idea for mixing up large amounts of Resorcinol Casein or powdered hide glues. Hadn't thought of it before, but it seems feasible at low speed.

I haven't mixed up big batches of these glues, but I can clearly remember instructions to add water to powder rather than the reverse.
