anyone able to help dose thw power coupler go on the top auxilary power shaft or the bottom one that says planer and jointer only very confused on the shaft it needs to be hooked up too manual is not very helpful:eek:

well lets see now thad i dont own a shopsmith scroll saw but if the lower shaft says planer and jointer only i would guess that it would go to the top shaft

thqnks for the help and also how hard is it to get a trip sander sander belt would rocklers have the belt and hoe long is the sander belt

They are 42" x 1"(or 1/2"). SS sells them and they ARE reasonable!

Start with the assorted set(s). Then YOU can decide which is best for what YOU do. The finer grits are normally used for sharpening.
