Re-created CAUTION label for Greenie and Goldie

Since the CAUTION label located directly to the left of the power switch on the older Greenie and Goldie headstocks is no longer available from ShopSmith, it was re-created thanks to the efforts of judaspre1982 for providing a high quality legible photograph and tom_k/mo for providing the the actual artwork. The discussion on the label started on my restoration thread (http://www.shopsmith.net/forums/showthread.htm?t=3078)post #87.. You'll find the final artwork in post 128 (http://www.shopsmith.net/forums/showpost.htm?p=34785&postcount=128) and an entire sheet below. On the sheet, the underlined version is for Goldie's. It's formatted to print out on avery 5663 2" x 4-1/4" clear laser label stock.
