I have a Strip Sander on back-order... I noticed last night checking my banking account that ShopSmith had done a query on my account, hadn't deducted anything from it, but had done a query, (normally before a purchase to see that funds are available). Thought that the Strip Sander was about to ship...
Well, I had to call ShopSmith this morning anyway on an unrelated topic, but asked if they were ready to ship me something due to the query, and they said no. I asked the status on the Strip Sander back-orders, and he said it may be another 4 to 6 weeks.... :( Just thought I'd let everyone that was awaiting one of the Strip Sanders know what I found out...
