Is there any part in the system that SS currently recommends to use grease to lubricate it? The only lubricants I recall seeing written about are the paste wax, dry lube (which I interpret to be powdered graphite), and oil for the sheeves. The only location I have seen any grease is on my beltsander pivoting mechanism.

Have I missed something?

Thanks, Mike

The box says it goes on the gears in the head stock and on the splines in the shaft the pulley is on

for dry lube, some people like molybdenum disulfide better than graphite. I got surprised when I tried to look up molykote. it turns out there are a bunch of different versions of molykote. I think the one that I grew up with is Molykote Z Powder
