Thanks for the link Bob. I have Nicks Workshop Companion series of books and have found them full of great info. I am sure any book from Nick would be a great addition to anyones workshop.-----Dave

Thanks, Bob! I am very pleased that Nick's "Woodworking Wisdom" has been and re-published. Every home woodworker should have one!
This book is the first one I was lucky enough to run across when I started looking for more woodworking knowledge and techniques. Wow! It is a gold mine of information, not only on techniques, but also has many plans for jigs. There are also numerous "margin references" to other parts of the book that will help with the section you are reading.
Often, I will wonder where I read something about a project I'm working on. I look in "Woodworking Wisdom" first - and usually find it.
I don't know what the revisions have been. As far as I'm concerned none were needed.
Also I should mention this book makes interesting reading! It is not only a reference book.
No, I've never met Nick, he is not related and there are no personal benefits resulting from this endorsement.

Sorry JPG. When I posted the link, you were taken directly to page to order the book. I did not expect anyone to be crystal ball gazers.
When/if I can find the page again I will post it.

first, thank you for posting this.
second, a crystal ball wouldn't do it.
I found it in the google cache by searching on
engler site:woodworkersbookshop.com
if you go to the google cache for the book, you can see it.
if you copy the item number (Z1742) and search the site, then the item number is not found. it looks like maybe they sold out and removed it from the site.

It would be even better if Nick would receive royalties from this, something I'm nor sure he'll receive with a re-release of his book.

Methinks that since it was there for a short time, that they may have been initial issue "NIB"!;)
