If you look at my signature below, you'll see my Shopsmith collection. I just added a Greenie and a 10E. Once I get my shop built, I might need to expand in order to hold all of my new found treasures which includes three 10ERs. I just can't seem to resist the temptation. I'm too busy working on the house. I had the roof of the garage removed, extended the garage by 18 feet & had a master bedroom suite added. Then behind my kitchen/dining room, I had a 25 x 43 foot roof built for a solar power system. I will be enclosing the underside of the solar roof for a new kitchen & a great room. I'm calling it my East Wing. I plan to use all my treasures to make my own kitchen cabinets. I've rebuilt my Model V headstocks & used the best quality bearings I could find. I think I should be able to make fancy boxes (kitchen cabinets) without any problem. If things go as planned, I hope to have a PowerPro by the time I get to that phase, providing I don't buy any more Shopsmiths. I think I need a 12-step program...

You may want to think about building another dwelling once the wife finds out!:D

I have a great idea how you can free up some space. Just let me know what you want me to store for you. You can keep it in my shop and come use it any time. I am willing to store the planer and the ring master.

Anything to help.

Wow you gotta hand it to Paul. Truly he is a real generous fellow. I'll bet he would even give a really good deal on the cost of electricity to run your equipment:p

As to the space thing I do understand space limitations. When my new OPR stand arrives I will be shaking my head to figure out where to set it up. I am dying to try it out but can't walk through the shop now. I tried to convince my wife that she wanted to give up part of her quilting room. I never knew just how cold an ice stare could feel. I am kidding of course she would never do that. Then again she would never give up space in her room either. fjimp:rolleyes:

A few years ago I was in my brother-in-law's garage/workshop. It was crammed with metal and woodworking machines and smaller tools, and junk. Working in there was out of the question. In fact, if you wanted to turn around you literally had to first go outside. I said, "Donnie, you've got to stop going to auctions". He replied, " But they were such good deals!"

I'm now heading Donnie in the right direction. He now has a 510, bandsaw, and jointer.
