Hi,

Thought I would move this in to its own thread since at least two of us have adapted it to our needs.

Check posts #6 and #7 here:

I may have got the order mixed up but with the follow two pictures I think you will get the idea of how this might work. I guess it needs a name so how about we call it the shopsmith storage pro.... OK OK we can name it something else but here it is and comments and questions are always welcome. (Except the ones about how crowded and mess my shop is)

Thanks Tim,

BTW the shop only seems crowded and messy because it is.

EdIf you moved that bicycle out of the shop, you wood have room for another piece of equipment; I hear you can get a 5 in 1 wood-working machine in that space.:D

Hey that bike is my 1958 Schwinn Racer!!!!

But that is a good idea about getting one of those 5 in 1 tools. I've got my current (mountain) bike in the garage too, so if I can find room for both of them some where else I can get yet another 5 in 1 tool!!!!!

Of course if you read the other thread you know that I have a bit more of a problem coming up when I stick the headstock on and dig out all my old 500 parts and jigs. A big problem like where is all this stuff I got stored on the frame going to go.

Are those SS cabinets underneath or regular Craftsman? They are 2 of the three no-longer-available-made-in-China SS cabinets.

Yep never got the last one. When I got ready to order they were all gone, some people got some deals on the last few they had. I guess that is a good thing or else I would have no room to story my heater that I can no longer afford to use.
