:) Hi
I am looking for a particular article published in the ShopNotes Magazine,
Issue 13, Vol no 3. No the magazine does not have those issues that far
back.

It is about building your own Cyclone.

I would like to get a copy of the article, and I would be happy to buy the
mag or reimburse one for their costs to mail/email me a copy.

I do not know what is in the PM from SS Reible. You might try Woodsmith Store in Des Moines Iowa. http://www.woodsmithstore.com/
They no longer have a catalog style website but they do have a contact-them link on the site. They are usually pretty good at responding back on availability of an item. Their website only seem to show the in-store specials.
