It seems to me that a few good old American tool companies are struggling right now. I think of shopsmith first and hawk woodworking. If these two great companies where to merge maybe it would boost both companies. Just thinking out load:rolleyes:

I've never heard of Hawk Woodworking. Maybe that's why they're struggling. :)
