Here's the completed toys we made with the help of the over arm pin router. We actually made six of each.
Thanks for looking

Hey Gene! That's really cool! Did you also make templates for the bodies, or just the fenders? Either way- The results are really cool!

Thanks, Chuck.
Made templates for the bodies, but found that the band saw was faster, in the long run. We did some of the wheels on the OPR. Next batch, I'm going to use the OPR for some of the holes in the bodies.

Gene:

Nice looking toys!

I have the same plans for the vehicles in the first picture and have made several but left them natural. I think I like your coloured ones better.

Have fun

I like the train. Looks like a dowel is missing from the front right. Your animal might escape. LOL
Good job on the cars also. The paint makes them really stand out.

Can't take the fall for that one.
LOML built the cars and cages. She's still learning and the DP is NOT her friend. She didn't understand the need for securing the work to the table:( I'll bet the holes didn't line up so she left out the dowel:o
I finally convinced her of the efficacy of drilling multiples, (and easing the bit into the work) so the other sets are OK.
I try not to exercise my QC tendencies too vigorously. Good help is hard to find.:D
