Have any Brightsides this week?

Hi,

Here in the Chicago land area can tune into WGN radio on Fridays for the John Williams show and participate in a segment called "The Bright Side". He uses this as the ending of his show.

People call in and "bright sides" of their week with everyone. So for at least this week I thought we could give this a try.

Almost no rules but do try to stay on subject and Friday for this thread is all week long.

Just to get us started see my next post.

My good news for the week is my daughter has survived the layoffs that were announced today by Barclaycard US. She really loves her job so this has been a stressful time for her and family. And as you parents know, you are always involved too... parents of 30 year old's are still parents so it was good news for us as well.
