I needed a larger router table surface this morning to cut some rabbets on some large rail and style assemblies that will hold glass panels.
Anyway, thanks to this forum; I remembered the outfeed table thread with the old 500 table used. I had one sitting in the corner and a Black and Decker Workmate. I found I could clamp the 500 table in the workmate running a 2 x 2 through one the support tube holed and clamp the 2 x 2 to the workmate.
This gave me a table the could be adjusted perfectly in both height and angle with the router table and provided the extra width I needed.
