Free shipping at Rockler?

How often does Rockler offer free shipping? I have a couple items in my cart right now to take advantage of it, but I don't really need them right away and it would be better if I waited. If I pass up free shipping now, how long until the next opportunity rolls around? Is this something they do with any sort of frequency?

I usually get a free shipping offer at least once a month or so. I also get a 20% off 1 regular item or 15% off on the total order on occasion. When these things overlap, I have to put on my math hat and try to figure the best deal.
