For all you pen-turners on the forum. After turning pens for a short time, I found it would really be advantageous to keep an inventory of all my pen turning parts and supplies, so I could quickly tell what I had on hand, what I needed to order, etc... I finally wrote a little program to answer those needs.
My Pen Inventory program is now up to V1.500 and I just added some nice new features to it. Now, not only can you keep an inventory of your pen and pen parts, but I've added the ability to make categories of items, so you can keep track of pens, bottle stoppers, key chains, tools, all separately in their own category.
There's also a new Quick-Tour video (about 10 minutes long) that provides an overview of how the program works. If you'd be interested in viewing the Quick-Tour video or grabbing a copy of the inventory program, you can find it in the Software section of my Woodworking Plans web page.
